We can't wait to share the Greenway experience with you at ENGAGE14! To help you best prepare for this exciting event, we have a few reminders and suggestions for you:

Don't forget your photo ID — You'll need your photo ID to check in at registration in the Texas Ballroom Foyer.

View session handouts — View the handouts for your ENGAGE14 sessions by logging into the registration website and clicking here. You can locate the View Session Handouts option on the registration summary page.

Download the ENGAGE14 app — The ENGAGE14 app is now available for download on the iTunes store and the Google Play store! Download the app to view your schedule, maps, events and more.

Sign up for breakout sessions — Sign up for breakout sessions as soon as possible. If you aren't pre-registered for a session, you will not be able to join at the conference.

**Also, make sure that the sessions you are signed up for are sessions that pertain to your solution.

Travel arrangements — Taxi service to/from DFW costs about $25 to $30 each way. Super Shuttle shared ride van service is a good option for both individuals and large parties. DFW is $12 per person and Love Field is $21 per person.

What to pack — As with most conferences, sessions rooms are usually cool! We recommend packing a light sweater or jacket that's easy to remove and stuff into your bag, purse or briefcase. You should also pack comfortable shoes. The Gaylord Texan is an expansive resort. You will probably be doing a lot of walking. Speaking of shoes...do you own a pair of cowboy boots? You'll need them for Saturday night's outside event. Bring your best western duds for ENGAGE14's biggest party!

Dinner reservations — ENGAGE14 alone will be bringing 2,500-plus people to the Dallas/Grapevine area. Due to this large volume of people in a central area, we highly recommend you make reservations immediately for Friday's dinner on your own. Twitter — Tweet your excitement and any questions about this year’s user conference using the hashtag #GreenwayENGAGE! Follow @Greenway to learn about our selfie contest! We’ll tweet new locations to take selfies each day. Tweet a selfie from that location using the hashtag #ENGAGEselfies to enter to win gift cards, Greenway gear and more. Multiple winners will be chosen!

Knowledge Center — Make sure to set aside time in the Knowledge Center to gain insight into how Greenway and our partners are working together to deliver continued innovation and value. The Knowledge Center will include:

Greenway partners – Network with the many participating Greenway partners to see what they can do to benefit your organization's operations.
- Exhibit Hall Passport — You will receive an Exhibit Hall Passport in your registration bag. Visit 25 of the 30 partners at the Knowledge Center and receive a stamp on your passport to be entered into a drawing to win a $1,500 gift card.
